After a seven-year absence, top-level pop and rock music returns to Piazza San Marco in Venice: on July 3rd and 4th ZUCCHERO “SUGAR” FORNACIARI will perform live in one of the most beautiful squares in the world, presenting his “The Best Live” show. The announcement was made by the Mayor of Venice Luigi Brugnaro who, after bringing back the San Giuliano music festivals at the end of July, has made the Marciana Area available to one of the best-known Italian artists in the world for two shows that will go down in the history of Italian popular music.

“Venice, a city made especially for harmony, elegance and art” says Zucchero about a city that has always had a place in his heart and which often sees him lose himself among its old narrow streets. The artist also supports the #EnjoyRespectVenezia campaign, promoted by the Venice City Council in order to encourage good behaviour on the part of all the city’s guests and visitors.
